We kindly ask that you choose carefully when placing your order. As a small, independent business, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect selections. However, we will happily provide a refund, exchange or store credit if an item is faulty, incorrectly described or differs from what was purchased online.
We aim to dispatch all orders as promptly as possible. Orders placed after 12pm on Fridays may not be sent until we reopen the following Tuesday, so we do ask that this be kept in mind when ordering. If there is ever an unexpected delay, we will always be in touch.
Harolds is a small, independently run business based in regional Australia. Every order is carefully packed by us, not a warehouse. While this means the pace can differ from larger retailers, it ensures the thoughtful, personal experience our customers value.
Many of our pieces are handmade or finished by hand, and slight variations in form, texture and tone are part of their charm. We also make every effort to display product colours and imagery as accurately as possible, however variations between screens and devices mean we cannot guarantee exact colour representation.
From time to time there may be typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions across product descriptions, pricing, shipping rates, transit times or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, update information or cancel orders if required. Should this occur after an order has been placed, a full refund will of course be issued.
Product prices may change without notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue items at any time.
